Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Web Developer who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and brings the relentless innovation and ambition characteristic of Silicon Valley. You'll own features end-to-end — from the React interface to the services, data model, and infrastructure that power them.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain both the front-end and back-end of web applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
Modern Web Stack: Build with React, TypeScript, and Next.js, backed by Node.js or Python services and SQL/NoSQL data stores.
Cloud-Native Delivery: Deploy and operate services on AWS, GCP, or Azure using containers, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines you help maintain.
Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to launch features that delight users.
User-Centric Design: Implement user-first, accessible design principles so every part of the application is intuitive, responsive, and efficient.
Rapid Iteration: Utilize agile methodologies to enable rapid prototyping, testing, and iteration. Embrace a fail-fast mentality to quickly learn and improve.
Optimized Performance: Write high-quality, scalable, and efficient code. Optimize Core Web Vitals, load times, and server response under real traffic.
Code Integrity: Ensure the integrity of the codebase through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to engineering best practices.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack, applying creative solutions to keep the experience seamless.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of full-stack web development experience in a high-growth, tech-driven environment, preferably within Silicon Valley or similar.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in React and TypeScript, with strong back-end skills (Node.js, Python, or Go) and solid data modeling instincts.
Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on with at least one major cloud provider, containerized deployments, and CI/CD automation.
Analytical Rigor: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Agility: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
